Go Bike Holds Basic Health Skills Training for Community Responders at Pangasinan State University
Go Bike held a Basic Health Skills Training at Pangasinan State University to prepare community members to act as first responders in their own neighborhoods. The training is part of the program "Empowering Community-Based Responders."

Residents, seniors and volunteers learned practical health skills they can use right away. These included checking blood pressure, recognizing common warning signs of illness and giving basic first aid until professional help arrives. Facilitators and Go Bike volunteers guided the participants through hands-on practice so everyone could do each skill with confidence.

At the end of the session, each participant received a Certificate of Completion. Many said they now feel more confident helping their family members and neighbors, especially in places far from hospitals and health centers.

Go Bike thanked Pangasinan State University and its partners for supporting the training. The organization plans to hold more sessions so that every community has trained people ready to help when health emergencies happen.
